The diesel counterbalance forklift can be equipped with Xiangpu XP-Aut or XP-Air (D) ex-proof safety system.
1) XP-Aut explosion-proof system: effectively control various ignition sources of forklift
- Stop engine combustion flame and spark discharge to external environment from diesel engine intake and exhaust chamber.
- Control vehicle surface temperature, engine water temperature and engine exhaust temperature.
- Explosion-proof measures on electrical components, such as starter, generator, battery, switches and instrumentation, in order to eliminate or control electric arc and spark.
- Antistatic drive belt, antistatic tires, non-metallic fan as well as explosion-proof treatment on fork surface to prevent impact sparks.
- Automatic control system provides protection on vehicle temperature, diesel engine oil pressure and engine running speed.
- Equip with explosion-proof speaker lamps and lanterns.
2) XP-Air(D) ex-proof system: provide Zone 2 active protection for diesel forklift
- Continuously monitor the forklift local atmosphere,cooling temperature, exhaust temperature,oil pressure and engine speed. provide an automatic alarm or shutdown, once monitoring values reach setting values.
- Intake shutdown valve, exhaust heat exchanger and temperature limitation devices are equipped. Truck forks are clad in stainless steel.
