Successful development of the ex-proof diesel mobile lift by Xiangpu
On July 30, 2013, China's first self-propelled ex-proof diesel mobile lift was successfully developed by Xiangpu, and then put into the market.
The model XDW120-FB is equipped with American Deutz AG D2011L03 diesel engine, its rated power is 36.4 kW, the operating platform weight is 6130kg, the maximum load is 905kg, and the maximum lifting height is 12m. Ex-proof grade of ExdeIIBT150Gb product has passed the national authoritative ex-proof certification, and is applicable to factory, airport, port,railway, freight yard in the hazard area with explosive mixture of zone 1 and zone 2 for high-altitude equipment installation, maintenance and cleaning.
During research and development of this project, company organized related professional technical team to make the demonstration, design, modification and debugging of the whole machine structure and ex-proof system. After technical quality problems have been solved, eventually the diesel power ex-proof conversion was completed on the schedule as requirements.
This product filled the domestic blank and broke the monopolization of foreign product in China to replace the imported product.
